Hello I am in the process of trying to get the gastric bypass.. an I just feel like I'm in this constant confusion.. the surgent keeps sending me for all these tests an everytime I try an ask questions from anyone in his office I don't get any answers.. I have no idea what I should be doing to prepare myself or my house

My Anthem Blue Cross not require a supervised diet just need to be cleared by the dietician. Most of the Blue Crosses in my area do so this can be confusing. Asking your provider for their requirements in writing is a great idea.

Also, if you are uncomfortable with your doctor I would consider finding a new one if it does not get better. Communication is huge!

I also have Anthem PittGuy... Have u had your surgery yet?

I have not had my surgery yet. I am in the middle of my doctor appointments stage. Can't wait for the surgery though.
