Running

Ok for some crazy reason I decided to try out running (for beginners) yesterday with my new learn to run app. My legs are so sore today I let out an involuntary moan everytime I stand/sit/move today. I know they must be wondering what the neck is going on with me at work....I do believe I've lost my mind but I'm going to do some more tonight.

    What a sweetie....I'm not saying ill ever love it but I'm gonna keep trying at it.....yesterday my son (5yrs) kept blowing his whistle at me to start/stop....it cracked me up.
