Gained 7 pounds when I met with my pre-op nutritionist and I'm trying to loose it and I meet with the surgeon oct 9 I'm so nervous its getting closer to the day. Ugh

We all will be. You can do it!

You can do this. I tried weight watchers pre op and it worked very well plus couch potato me got a personal trainer and started exercising. It took me 6 months to lose the 30 lbs I needed to qualify for surgery but it got done. Now I had the surgery and am losing about 10 lbs per month. So it's doable and wonderful to see the weight drop off. You can do it.
