I am three months out and anything with more than 3 grams in a serving makes me feel sick.

I was instructed by my nutritionist to keep sugar grams to 5 or below per meal.

I think everyone handles sugar in their own way. Some people can eat it and some not. I had a cookie and was OK and also a small ice cream cone. I am not going to push it though, I am 5 months post op.
