Low Carbs

I am due for my op on the 25th sept, and iv started to cut carbs out already and it's killing me I'm jus soooo hungry all the time and moody I know it will be worth it in the end but how do I cope??

It is hard! But hang in there. It's gets easier after day 4 if u cut them out. And post op it's way easier, no cravings anymore.

Millsy I am same way. I am hungry all the time it seems. But I have to say today seems a little better. 2 days ago I download myfitnesspal and it is helping a lot. I am seeing what I am consuming daily and know most of the hunger is head hunger and eating because I am bored

Yes ! Head hunger is what it is. When you stop and really think, am I hungry?? I always say no, just bored or wanting to eat out of habit. I FEEL satisfies 99% of the time. I'm just fighting the hand to mouth habit with Water. I'm addicted to SOBE life water. I drink 2-3 a day and I love all the favors.
