I'm new here and I would love to have a buddy or buddies to help me get through the next few months. It seems my dream is finally coming true: I'm waiting for the final ok from my medical aid next week and then I'll have the operation the week after that.

I'm anxious and excited at the same time, yet I know that it's now or never...

Hi Nina and Welcome! You will love it here, everyone is great, and so helpful. I am still pre-op (waiting on Insurance approval) so I am right there with you. I will give you any input I can, but it seems are you are a little further along than me.

Hey I am a newbie to so I definitely look foward to advice from all the vets, it helps ease my mind so I can only imagine the excitement you must feel as well. Hopefully it all works out and we can all help one another and be supportive of this new life we will be experiencing.

Welcome take your time getting around this group. It's confusing but once you get the hang of it you will be all over the place.
