Protein Shakes Question?

Went to my pre op seminar & they said I should buy Protein in this order: whey protein isolate first then whey protein concentrate second & less desirable is soy protein. Does anyone know what is the difference?

I bought two tubs of pure protein and they are concentrate & now am curious as to the difference, thanks in advance!

There are better quality shakes. I like GNc and cyrosport complete whey.

  • whey was once considered a waste product from the process used for making cheese. It is a highly digestible, complete Protein made from cow's milk. Whey concentrate is about 80% protein with relativel

The sf coffee syrupsare sold at Amy local grocery store. As far as Protein shakes' date=' the Jay Robb brand is very good, not gritty and comes in many flavors.

Thank you.

whey protein according to my nutritionist is the best way to go because it's an animal based protein which is closer to what are body needs
