I have seen several recipes both on-line and in cookbooks, but need some advice! My program recommends servings per meals versus calories/carb/fat/protein limits etc. I am not sure how to determine if a recipe meets all the requirements of if I need to add additional food items to meet my exchange requirements. For example dinner i am allowed 3 protein, 2 carb, 1 vegetable, and 1 fat exchange. Any suggestions to help fit these recipes into my life. Getting so tired of boring chicken and turkey, rice or potatoes, and a vegetable every night. I loved to cook pre-op and like variety.
Thanks,
