Dumping Syndrome

THe past couple days no matter what I eat. 15-30 min later I'm shaking, weak and feel like taking a nap.

Breakfast: protein shake

Lunch : fruit and pb&j

Dinner: salad and grilled chicken

Snack : almonds

    I feel like that too and I think it's because maybe our blood sugars are really low because we don't intake sugar except natural sugars and I see you had pb&j the bread could have made your sugar

It's possible? It was whole wheat bread one slice. Natural PB, half a serving of regular jelly.

I think you are dumping sugars. Even after 16 years post op I gave up trying sugars. Cold sweats, shaking and feeling like a panic attack. maybe try to cut back on sugars and see if it helps. They do make sugarfree jelly if you want to try it. I did peanut butter and pickle
