Hair! Aaahhhh!

Ok my hair started falling out about a week ago, and now its super dry! I been taking biotin... But I also read about gastric patients taking silica.... Is anyone taking silica?

I am super panicked! I was expecting this to he this bad. I take about 80 gms of Protein daily plus a Biotin pill. I'm considering the silica too, just wanna know if anyone else is experiencing the same situation :(
