I'm curious as to folks who are more than 2 months pre-op who struggle with eating at night (and maybe those who are a good time post-op from the surgery too). I seem to do very well in terms of controlling my eating behaviors during the day, but once evening hits I'm hungry (and make poor choices). I'm sure it has to do with emotional eating or using food as a relaxation tool, so I have the "why" down... Do others experience this? Other than "knowing" I shouldn't be eating bad foods at night (the "what"), I'm curious as to "how" to change this behavior. Maybe I should start a food journal?
I am the same exact way I'm almost 5 months out and I get the munchies at night for some reason I try to drink just water but if I am really craving or hungry I will eat something with protein or eat
hi all,
I'm curious as to folks who are more than 2 months pre-op who struggle with eating at night (and maybe those who are a good time post-op from the surgery too).
Suggestions/thoughts? Thanks
