April 20, 201214 yr I had my surgery April 12 & I'm going back to work this Monday (23rd). I feel really good. According to my doctor, I am not the norm. Most people need longer to recoup...a month or so. It also depends on the demands of your job. You will not be able to lift anything over 10 pounds for several weeks.
How long did you take off of work after surgery?
