Got the surgery on Monday

I feel great. Walked a lot hours since the surgery. Everything has a greed with my tummy. 4 days post opt and was able to consume all my liquids and proteins today. I have also been able to take my vitamins and meds whole.

Only thing, I am hungry. It is not just head hungry, it is my body needs calories because I am hungry. However, I am fully focused and committed and will absolutely flow everything by the book. Specially because I know I am still so hungry!

Oh- and the pain is manageable but there.

I am not scared, nor anxious. This has been as smooth as it gets. For those of you waiting for your surgery day, visualize your day, being calm and your body working for you because it will. You've got this!
