    I went to my Dr. Yesterday and she said I won't need to do the complete liquid diet for two weeks but, just 2 protein shakes a day. It would be nice to hear how other people maintain for two weeks. Right now I am drinking the turbo chocolate hydro whey.

    My 2 week liquid diet starts monday. I get 4 to 5 carnation sugar free breakfast essential shakes a day. Up to 8 oz skim milk, water, crystal light etc. 1 cup of sf jello and 2 sf popsicles a day.
