How to delete my registration

I subscribed to the Sleeve site because I was torn between the Sleeve and RNY. Now I was denied access to the RNY FORUMS. I would prefer RNY so how can I now delete the registration for Sleeve?

    You use the same registration for them all. No need to delete.

    Just down load the rny ap & you're good to go
