Progress: 5 Months Since Surgery

Surgery date: 4/23/13

HW: 237 lbs

SW: 227 lbs

CW: 175 lbs

HT: 5'3"

50 lbs to go until I reach my goal: 125 lbs. I've been working with a personal trainer and I started running, because I've been losing slow and steady, while working out, I have very little excess skin. I'm currently wearing a slightly loose size 14 pants and M/L tops. My hair loss seems to have subsided. It was scary at first, but I think I was the only one who noticed. Thankfully, I have a lot of hair! Feeling great, motivated to get to goal!

It is amazing how different I am treated, people actually look at me, opposed to past me. It's so nice to walk into a store and leave with clothes that are not plus size. This was the best decision I've ever made for myself!

I've found the members of this forum to be extremely inspiring, thanks to all/keep up the hard work!
