I don't know if I qualify as a "kind soul" but oh well :P

5:2 is a eating plan where you do intermittent fasting (2 days a week) it is something some of the vets here do.. These are people that are up to 4 years out and either gained some weight back or never quite made it to goal.

It is definitely not meant for people newly sleeved. Because face it everyday is like a fast day :D
