Chick Fil a lovers

I was addicted to Chick Fil A. Since being sleeved on 7/18/2013, I have been jonesing for one of their sandwiches. But, oy, the fat and calories!

Fear not fellow addicts, I found a delicious substitute at Trader Joe's - Gardein Crispy Chick'n Sliders. Each slider has 190 calories with 6g fat and 11g Protein. And they are great. Satisfy the need for crispy.

These are a good choice

Omg thank you! I LOVE chic filet and it's def one of the foods I've been craving! Nice to know there's a close substitute

  • I had chicken soup from there the other day and it was the best thing I've had since having my surgery!!! (Sleeved aug 19). I got the bigger size and got 2 wonderful meals out of it!

  • You can also get grilled chicken nuggets.......Won't cure the crispy crunch craving but they are good!
