and this is why I needed VSG

I was at my highest weight in 2003, I weighed 298.

In 10 years I have lost 76 lbs, 44.5 of that in the last 3 months.

I just realized my ticker says I have 77 lbs to go so I am half way to goal from where I started 10 years ago. Ten years of yoyo'ing between 298 and 235, mostly sitting around 245.

I haven't been in the 220's since the 1980's, I havent been under 200 since 1982 when I got married.

I know the VSG is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Thank you Fred, looks like you are doing pretty awesome yourself.

The weird thing is- for the first time in my life I know I can do it! I mean I know i WILL do it. I may not be the speediest but I will get there. If I can hit 50 lbs by 6 months which is looking doable I will be over the moon happy.
