Finally have my surgery date!

I'll be sleeved Oct 22 by Dr Samuel Wasser in South Jersey. My two-week liquid diet begins Oct 3rd.

Stats: 5'7, Currently 232lbs. Short term goal 180lbs, long term 145lbs.

I'm nervous, scared, happy and unsure. All the 'what ifs' are beginning to make me a little anxious, but I'm so grateful I found this site!!

    Hey Carole, The approval took a matter of days. About 5 business days to be exact. The process as far as pre-op stuff took a total of 5 months. I have Horizon BCBS NJ Direct through my husband's employer which is the Board of Ed.
