I am just shy of 1 month out. Was wondering what, if any, carb limits you have? I dont want to mess up.

I'm a month out too. I'm trying to stay at 800 calories, with 80 gms Protein (about 40% of total calories)/ That allows me about 60 gms carbs (30%) and 27 fats (30%). At this point, I'm barely able to make the 80 gms of protein, so I never hit the carb limits.

If I have a choice, I'd rather go over on the fats which are better for energy, skin, hair, etc. than carbs.

I hope that helps.

Are you still drinking the protein drinks? I have 2, which is 320 cals. That would only leave 490 cals.

Yes I do chike protein for 130 calories +40 for half a cup of soy milk and right now, that's it. Sometimes I'll add another for about the same if I'm low on calories in the evening. I've actually never made it to 800 calories so far. I'm 5'6 and weight 205 now. My husband, who is 6 and about 242 now, probably eats 800-900 most often with little Snacks here and there.
