Newbie

Hello everyone!!! I'm new to this site. I've finally decided to take back control of my life. I've struggled with the option of the lap band or the sleeve, after going threw all the appointments and everything I've decided to have the sleeve done. I think it's better for me. I'm excited yet a little scared of complications. Which I know they can happen with anything. But I'm ready for it to begin.

Welcome, Sabrina!

There is a lot of information on this forum and many helpful and compassionate folks. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Being a bit scared is a sign that you have no illusions. That gives you an advantage right off the bat. Truth sets free, even in weight loss. You are in for a journey of discovery.
