Thoughts about smoothies

I was wondering anyone thoughts about a smoothie from Robecks... The 800 lb gorilla

It has 40 grams of protein and you can have it made with soy milk and low fat yogurt. It does have bananas, peanut-butter and chocolate syrup as well.

  • How about a chocolate protein drink (premier protein from costco is good) blended with 1/2 a banana and a tsp of peanut butter (or better yet some pb2) and some ice?

I think it is a really bad idea! I had a muscle milk (chocolate) with a scoop of PB2 today. It was good.
