Looking to see who else might share this date for surgery

The 10 day liquid pre-op diet has made me doubt if this is the right action to take at this time. I feel like I've never been so committed to doing the rhght things for me, and while it's not been easy, it also has not been hard. So I reason to myself that if this is so easy why have the surgery. Doubt sets in.

My answer that keeps me on track forward is that even if this is so easy, and I've yo-yo'ed up and down so much but I've never been able to get lower than what I think is 1.5 my ideal body weight always in that 1.5 to 2x range. I see moving forward as the path to be able to reach the goals of being my ideal realistic body weight.

So I got the final approval phone call today so next Thursday I take the next important step in this adventure we call life. I still hope this is the right path.
