About 3 months post op...

My surgery date was May 23 and I'm down 75lbs. My goal is to lose 35 more to go back to what I was years ago and was happy at but who knows I might go more if I can. My question is do you guys feel like you eat more and normal-ish again after 3-6 months after surgery ? I feel like I've been eating more but not like I used to obviously. It's still in my head that I feel starving and food won't fill me up but yea after a certain amount I can't and in down. I'm just afraid that overtime my stomach will stretch and go back to eating in excess again . Is that possible? Plus I haven't been to the gym bc I've had a broken foot since December and 3 surgeries past couple of months.

My surgeon told me it would take several years of purposely overeating to stretch your stomach. I was worried about that also. He totally put my fear to rest. Good luck with your foot healing! :)

Ok lol I just feel paranoid I guess. I kind of liked the feeling after being full after 3 bites now I just eat small Norman portions and I feel like it's to much.

75 lbs down in under 3 months is incredible!!!
