commercial weight loss program?

Hello friends! Just wondering if anyone uses a commercial weight loss program i.e. weight watchers, jenny craig etc. after surgery to keep them on track.....tia, Suzy:)

I am not banded yet, but I think when I get really close to my goal I am going to join Weight Watchers and get that darn "lifetime membership" that has eluded me all these years!!! They owe me, darn it! tee hee!!!

I have thought of going to WW, BUT, I don't want to spend the money. I am a self pay. BUT I did like the accountability and the camaradorie of being in a group of people with similar goals. But instead go to my low carb site as well as here.

But as I always say, 'if it works, do it'
