Protein in urine

Hi guys. I'm 11 weeks post op and had an uneventful recovery. I had some routine tests done for my pcp and urine test showed high protein. Was wondering if anybody else had this issue. Dr says its probably not about the high protein diet but I'm concerned that it could be.
