help

Does anyone know where to find fit frappe or any other good protein shakes? I perfer not to buy online. I am carving some coffee. Any help would be helpful. Thanks

    My local GNC and Vitamin Shoppe have many coffee protein powders. I don't know about Fit Frappe but I do know they have Click and some others.

    I love Click protein powder. I buy decaf mocha. When I make mine I use about 4 ounces of milk and 10 ounces of water and blend it with ice. Sometimes I add a little sugar free syrup. I also add spinach and flax seed to mine but don't do that if you aren't far enough out yet.
