  • Author

My surgery is on the 19th excited but nervous at the same time how is your liquid diet going today was a hard day but i will get back on track tomorrow

Mine is going fine I think..I had two weeks of one meal and all liquids. Then last Wednesday I switched to all liquids. On Saturday I had a (one) bit (very small) of steak at a birthday party didnt even realize I took it till I was chewing . My husband was just looking at me becuase I took it off his plate. But I made it threw the party with nothing else. Glad i had 10 days left to be good. Now down to seven. My plan of attack is to stay away from the kitchen. My family has been on their own for dinners since the one meal deal. How's your diet going? I have got a recipe for protien mocha that is good. Using the chocolate peanut butter whey protien and the dark chocolate and the vanilla almond milk.
