So Happy She Came Around...

Two nights ago I had a conversation with my best girlfriend about me getting the band. This is the girl who told me that this was silly, I can just do WW again, blah blah. Long story short, I was able to tell her about my knowledge, my seminars I've gone to and support groups. In the end - she's now completley behind me. Worried about me, sure - but supports my decision!!!!! I'm thrilled about it.

What I'd like to do is email her a link that can explain the Band in 'laymans' terms. Something simple and easy for her to understand.

Any suggestions?

Congrats for staying strong. I'm happy that your friend finally came around and will be another support source for you.
