Calcium Citrate - Multivitamin Combo

I keep forgetting to take my Calcium citrate and can't take it with my Multivitamin because it contains Iron.

Is there a pill or chewable multivitamin that also includes all of the calcium citrate we need? I know Celebrate has a powder drink combo of the two, but I don't really care for it. If not, any recommendations for a chewable multivitamin that does not contain iron and for an iron supplement?

Thanks!

I solved the problem by buying a multivitamin without Iron. Now I take my multi and my calcium with my meals.. then my iron before bedtime.

I take Bariatric Advantage capsules.. no iron.

I was told the body can only absorb so much calcium at once. So to always wait 2 hours between your multi (iron or no iron) and your calcium. My Nut said to never take the 2 together.

Maybe ask your Nut or Dr about it.
