I am in the pureed stage and although I received info from a nut from Mexico, she was not specific about how many calories, carbs, fats, and proteins are needed at this stage after surgery. Anyone have a little more specific info. I am in a stall and it is frustrating. Sleeved 7/16 and only have lost 12 pounds. Thanks in advance.

My only instructions were 50-60 grams of protein daily and 60 oz of water. I track calories and I'm getting 550-650 daily. My surgery date is the same as yours and I've been in a stall for nearly a week and a half.

At this stage you really do not need to be worrying about the calories, or fats. you need to make sure you are getting enough protein, I have always stuck with greater then 70 but opinions vary. Also make sure you are getting at least 64 oz of non caffeinated fluids. If you drink any caffeine you need to increase your fluids accordingly. As for carbs I wouldn't worry so much about a number on them as of yet but just try to make good choices that are low in carb numbers. Good Luck.
