what laura said. you probably need your surgeon to write up documentation stating that its causing problems. then its medically necessary.

I thought over 100 lbs. most INS would cover it

If you go to the insurance's website, do a search for "criteria for a panniculectomy", this will tell you exactly what they consider medically necessary.
