because of difficulty taking my usual regimen of colace and metamucil at first after my surgery and being on a liquid diet, i ended up getting in trouble and my constipation flared up my 'rhoids.
Solution: this is an amazing combination that resolves them quickly if you can stick to it.
1. prepartion h with hydrocortisone twice a day, it soothes those inflamed tissues almost immediately.
2. Sitz baths with very warm Water, but dont burn your backside! for about 15 minutes. the relief is dramatic as well as the healing.
3. a donut to sit on, 100% of the time for a day or so.
For those that are having trouble. I wish i had known about this twenty years ago when i first got it trouble. Hope it helps
