pre-operation

Hi, everyone this is my first post about my surgery. I was to the point of scheduling for my surgery but decided to hold off. Now I'm waiting for my insurance to approve my surgery for the second time. I was doing good at one point and was trying to loose weight and eating slower. But now I'm have lost my motivation. I have been reading of people losing weight before surgery. This is a big concern for me. I'm eating now like no tomorrow. I hate feeling hopeless and lazy to exercise. Anyone going through the same issues. I have no motivation right now. I'm hoping to get sleeved at the end of September.

The whole process before and after is a big wave of emotions. U just have to remember u r worth it and deserve the best in life. I went thru that for years. It's a huge commitment and a daily struggle for us food addicts. Best of luck. :)
