Only on the app. I believe you can control the level of the block. Prevent them from quoting you.

Okay cool thanks I'm going to do that. It's just the interactions I've seen she is a smart mouth and the times we've had interaction was rude to me. She is just a person who "urkes my nerves" if you will. Like every post I've seen it's attitude and smart ass comments. Ugh...
