Vitamins?

I've been taking a mens multi vitamin and a calcium supplement it's about 2 months after surgery. Do you guys take anying else or something that has enough of both? I hate taking multiple pills.

I take Iron a few days a week because my multi does not have any iron in it. (which I chose intentionally so I could take my multi and calcium at the same time) Also I made sure my calcium has d3 in it which is something I was told I needed. Also you need to divide your calcium into smaller doses since the max you can absorb at any one time is I believe 500 mg.

So I take half of my Multivitamin dose along with calcium with my Breakfast.. then with lunch I take just calcium. Then with dinner I take half of a multivitamin dose along with calcium. Then at night I take my iron if I need it. (I only take the iron on days when I don't eat a lot of food high in iron)

A multi vitamin, Calcium Citrate and a B-12. Most of the nutrients I get though my food, but some things still show up in my labs as low. I customize my regemin after I have my labs.

B-50 complex and two chewable Flintstones with 18 mg iron included.
