29 years old and sleeved 7/19/13

Im only 5 days post op and not losing much im a smoker but haven't smoked since July 18 and im really craving one does anyone else smoke with the sleeve

Now is a great time to quit! My husband recently quit using the patch and toothpicks for the oral fixation. You can do this! Get healthy all around!

I also urge you to quit, you have the physical withdrawal beat. Now its the mental part you have to deal with.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker for 30 years, I know how very hard it is to stop, it took having a heart attack at age 46 to wake me up.

Your healing will also go alot faster if you refrain, Good luck, and enjoy the start of your new life.

Thank u very much for the encouragement and the words wisdom. Im definitely not going to start up again its very hard. My hubby smokes to so im having to smell it on him when he comes home from work. Thid I going to be a double hard journey not smoking and the sleeve. Im gonna do this. Not try.... Will! ! Ty again
