not eating enough

Tomorrow will be week 4. I am not able to eat much. Nothing tastes good or works for me. On soft foods but eating mostly ice cubes. Also not drinking the protein shakes. I can't take them either. I am so frustrated with all of this and sick of the dizziness. I see the np on Thursday. Anyone else have this problem?

Sorry you're having a problem eating. The 1st 2 weeks I was way below on daily requirements on protein, liquids and cals but by week 4 I was much improved. Hope you find something that works for you. You definitely need to get some protein in you.

I make my own soups, Cauliflower soup or Mushroom soup or black bean soup. I only eat 1/2 cup for lunch and dinner but it fills me up and its all natural and it contains protein and liquids.

Sounds amazing! Recipes, please!
