Anyone know of any places that take Anthem Insurance but does not require a 3-6 month waiting period? Originally the place I was going said 3 months and now it's 6 months and I found out today that my insurance does not require any certain length of time, there is a check list and I meet all the criteria!!! I'm from Indiana but would travel to get it done sooner! I so desperate I was looking into self pay options! Lol

Dr Nicholson (Dallas TX) takes Anthem BCBS. I used them and had no wait. I just needed to follow their guidelines of 1 Psych eval, 1 nutricianist, bloodwork and egd dr ordered that). From first meeting the Dr to having surgery was 2 months. They respond very quickly, usually within a couple of days.

Does he do the single incision thur the belly button?

If you were asking me I don't know. He didn't do it on me, I have 6 incisions. I had an incision through the belly button many years ago with my tubal ligation. That single incision hurt more than the 12 inch long incision i had a week later to remove my gallbladder/ appendix.
