Insurance Approval..QQQ?

Hey, I am scheduled for Aug 6th Surgery. I called my insurance compnay this morning and they said they requested clinical notes I think regarding my weight loss attempts..?? I submitted my 6 month diet forms. Anyone know what that means??? Im so nervous that they wont approve me..
