So I talked to my dietician today and told her I've thrown up every Protein shake I've had aside muscle milk and a little Special K protein, but these don't have the big doses of protein in them like the whey does, so I asked for a good idea for unflavored protein (I ordered some online should be here tomorrow) besides just sprinkling it on what ever I'm eating and she said get some fat free milk, some sugar free syrup, make chocolate milk and put your protein in it!! She said depending on the quality and brand of the protein it could taste grainy but its better than a full fledged shake. Also I know I may have a milk intolerance but ill cross that bridge when I come to it! There's plenty of other options for milk!!! I just thought I'd share that with everyone because I've been so upset about all the money I've wasted on protein and how sick it's made me!!
Anyone's else's dietitians lenient like this? Or should I say forgiving? Idk I guess Sugar Free Chocolate syrup isn't healthy for you obviously but it's certainly not a 12 pack of mt dew a day.
