Hi,

I take Bariatric Advantage Complete multi formula chewables & it says to take 2. Do you take 2 at once or split the dose? I'm asking this because I get so nauseous on my 2nd dose of the day!

Sorry, I haven't heard back from my Dr's office so I thought I would ask here...
