Although I do hate them. They are sickening sweet to me. I muddle through them anyway because i have to. My problem with them is that since I have started drinking them I am STARVING all the time. I was never a breakfast person. I usually never ate before 5-6 pm (too much obviously). I was ok with that. I was rarely hungry before dinner time. Now I wake up starving. After I drink my shake I'm actually more hungry. Its a hunger that makes me feel nauseated. I hold off as long as I can and eat a protein bar. It helps a little for a little while. That continues all day until I can eat my lean/ green meal. After that I'm ok until I wake up the next day.
I haven't read of anyone else going through this. Am I alone? Please tell me that after surgery this will not occur.
