I'm pleased with my shipment from Bjs Bariatric I had the Vanilla protein shake added little ice and low fat milk it was great! I'm not sleeved yet kind of fishing around for protein powders.I have several flavors but again it's great.

It's great to try different types and see what you like. However, I recommend against buying in any larger quantity prior to having your surgery because it is common for your tastes to change when you are post op. I have read many posts on here about people who bought a bunch of a certain protein so they would be ready and then when they got to be post op couldn't stand it. Good Luck.
