Protein Bullets

So I leave tomorrow for my surgery on Friday. I was told to bring my Whey protein bullets with me, but I just noticed they are 3.8 oz., and of course to carry on its suppose to be 3.4 oz. I really don't want to check my bag because I have to change flights and all, and I really am not taking that much with me. They also say do not open until you are ready to consume. Any suggestions??

    Call the airline and let them know what is going on and see if maybe they would make an exception for .4oz.
