grrrrrr.....getting the run around

I just called cigna, and they said my dr's office submitted the information today......my doctors office told me they submitted it eight days ago....that's just not nice. grrrrrrr

    I called drs office to make sure had everything to send to Insurance company, and just found out they just got last test results. . Grrr know gotta wait long er
