      Mine is August 1st also.... Leaving for San Antonio tomorrow at 0700, then it's "South of the Border" to meet Dr. Alvarez and his staff. I'm already mostly packed. Saved today to clean my house... b

    What does your diet entail? I am on aug 5 th and I hear some people say they don't have to do the liquid diet. Just curious what are the two options. What can you drink on your diet?

    Jusme06- I am having to drink 3 sugar free carnation milks a day and 1 cup of veggies a day. Thats it :-( All the clear liquids and broth that you can stomach.

    My surgery is Aug 01 also. Yesterday I started my pre-op diet. It is liquid, yuk.

Saved today to clean my house... but I don't want to spoil my new manicure. (actually, I'd rather just sit here and read and post) Seriously, I've got to get this place dusted and Swifted, and the dog bathed today, cuz I know I'm not going to want to do it next week.
