Atkins protein bars

atkins is the only protein bars I have every used, is there a better brand with more protein and less carbs out there? the choc peanut butter is 17 grams protein 1gr sugar, and 2 net carbs..250 cal...this is a meal replacement bar..the other ones for snack are about 10 protein..170cal, and 3net carbs...any advice helpful...I really like these but its more about nutrition..thanks all....

I also use atkins carb control protein shakes they have 17 gr of protien..Is that good for a shake?

I think Adkins is pretty good stuff, albeit expensive. Ive always liked EAS carb control. I've used it on other diets. To me its the best tasting/least chalky etc. But everyones tastes differ. Buy one to try (they make cookies and cream bars!!!)
