I was wondering if I could get some ideas of what everyone ate in the puréed stage of the diet! My WLS requires 4 weeks of the puréed stage!! Surgery is only a little over a month away, just trying to get prepared....thanks!!!

I'm currently in that stage - my main staples are Greek yogurt, Turkey chili w/no beans (higher protein), fat free refried beans with fat free shredded cheddar melted in and a variety of soups that sound good...anything that's chewable gets thrown into my Magic Bullet for a quick spin before I heat & eat!

I pureed everything...soup, scrambled eggs, chili, whatever my hubby was eating for dinner. I just threw it into my little Silver Bullet and added a little chicken/beef broth if needed and let it spin away. :D
